How do I return an item?
 

  • Returns Procedure
If you would like to return an item please first email us at sales@efisolutions.com.au with your order number.

We recommend sending the item via Australia Post with tracking.

Once the item has been received by EFI Solutions and has been inspected a refund or credit will be issued within 2 days.

A return may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Orders payed by the following methods will incur an additional return fee to cover bank charges that are not refunded back to us.
Afterpay 7%
Paypal 4%
ZipMoney 7%
Credit Card 2%
Direct Deposit 0%

 
  • Returns Window
All refunds, exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 
  • Refund Method
The refund will be issued within 2 days of the item being received by EFI Solutions. 

The refund will be made back to your paypal account, bank account, zip money account, afterpay account or credit card depending on the payment method initially used.

If you paid via direct deposit please include your banking details in the email.

 
  • Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is to be paid by the customer. (unless the incorrect part was supplied by EFI Solutions)

 

Any warranty on the item/items sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, EFI Solutions, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and EFI Solutions neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items. No returns on special orders and electrical parts. No cash refund after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund without an invoice.
