How do I return an item?

We recommend sending the item via Australia Post with tracking.
Once the item has been received by EFI Solutions and has been inspected a refund or credit will be issued within 2 days.
A return may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Orders payed by the following methods will incur an additional return fee to cover bank charges that are not refunded back to us.

The refund will be made back to your paypal account, bank account, zip money account, afterpay account or credit card depending on the payment method initially used.
If you paid via direct deposit please include your banking details in the email.

The seller, EFI Solutions, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and EFI Solutions neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items. No returns on special orders and electrical parts. No cash refund after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund without an invoice.
