How do I return an item?
 

  • Returns Procedure
If you would like to return an item please first email us at [email protected] with your order number.

We recommend sending the item via Australia Post with tracking.

Once the item has been received by Taarks and inspected a refund or credit will be issued within 2 days.

 
  • Returns Window
All refunds, exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of purchase.

 
  • Refund Method
The refund will be issued within 2 days of the item being recieved by Taarks. 

The refund will be made back to your paypal account or bank account depending on the payment method initially used.

If you paid via direct deposit please include your banking details in the email.

 
  • Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is to paid by the customer.

 

Any warranty on the item/items sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, TAARKS.com PTY LTD, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and TAARKS.com PTY LTD neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items. No returns on special orders and electrical parts. No cash refund after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund without an invoice.
