How do I return an item?
 

  • Returns Procedure

If you would like to return an item please first email us at sales@efisolutions.com.au with your order number. PRODUCTS SENT FOR CREDIT MUST BE IN RE-SELLABLE UNUSED CONDITION (NO MARKS, DENTS, SCRATCHES AND IN ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING)

We recommend sending the item via Australia Post with tracking. INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE WITH PACKAGE SO WE CAN IDENTIFY THE RETURN. ALSO NOTE ON YOUR INVOICE WHETHER YOU WANT A REFUND OR CREDIT. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT NO ACTION AS THE PACKAGE WILL SIT UNIDENTIFIED.

Once the item has been received by EFI Solutions and has been inspected a refund or credit will be issued within 2 days, please note that credits expire after 12 months.

A return / cancellation may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Orders paid by the following methods will incur an additional return / Credit fee to cover bank charges that are not refunded back to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to return any braided or rubber hose as this hose is cut from a large reel, once cut it cannot be returned.

  • Cancellations Procedure

If you would like to cancel an order please call or email us at sales@efisolutions.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed and shipped we will be unable to cancel it.

Orders paid by the following methods will incur a cancelation fee to cover bank charges that are not refunded back to us.

  • Returns Window
All refunds, exchanges or credits must be made within 30 days of purchase, credits expire after 12 months.

 
  • Refund Method
The refund will be issued within 2 days of the item being received by EFI Solutions. 

The refund will be made back to your paypal account, bank account, zip money account or credit card depending on the payment method initially used.

If you paid via direct deposit please include your banking details in the email.

 
  • Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is to be paid by the customer. (unless the incorrect part was supplied by EFI Solutions)

 

Any warranty on the item/items sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, EFI Solutions, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and EFI Solutions neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items. No returns on special orders and electrical parts. No cash refund after 30 days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refund without an invoice.

 

CREDITS

Any credits issued by EFI Solutions are valid for 12 months.
