Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out the same day if placed before 2.00pm AEST (non-daylight saving), any orders placed after this time will ship out the next day.

We ship using Australia post, regular or express & Aramex Couriers. Your preferred method can be selected at checkout.

Larger items may be shipped using Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please or Toll.

International orders are shipped using either Express Post International or Registered Mail International. Any customs duty, taxes or fee's are the sole resposability of the buyer. 

Note: The shipping times quoted at checkout are ESTIMATES only and are quoted in business days, shipping times can vary. Once your order leaves our warehouse unfortunately we have no control over unexpected delays with Australia Post or Courier services. 

We do not allow 3rd party pickups I.E: Your own courier to pickup for you.


Shipping FAQ’s:

Do you combine the cost of postage when buying multiple items?
Yes, our website automatically calculates the cost of postage based on the total weight and size of the order.

Can you declare international orders as gifts or at a low value?
No, we will not provide false information on a government document for you. It is Illegal.

Can we request our order to be left if no one is home?
No, all our shipments require a signature on delivery, if you are not home to sign for the package the postie will leave a card and take it back to your local post office or courier depot for collection. You will need to take your Photo ID into the post office or depot along with the calling card (if one was left) to collect. We do this to protect our customers orders. 

Who pays for freight in the unlikely event of a faulty item?
We will pay for freight to and from us. You send the item back to us and we will reimburse your postage costs.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
You need to contact us within 30days of delivery for us to be able to lodge an insurance claim with the carrier.
