COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Australian Shipping Update. We are now seeing delays delivering into Victoria due to the stage 3 lockdown. We are stills seeing minor delays to other states in Australia also. 
International Shipping Update. As we are now offering DHL for international shipments we have not seen any major delays with international shipping.

International Shipping Update. We have now opened up international shipping to the world via DHL Express. You can now checkout via the website and select DHL express as a shipping method.

International Shipping Update. We have opened an account with DHL for international shipping. At the moment we can only process orders manually, so if you would like to place an order please send us an email to sales@efisolutions.com.au include a list of parts you would like to order along with your shipping details and phone number.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Following the latest ease in restrctions we have made the decision to re-open the showroom to the public and allow purchases to be made over the counter. Click and collect will remain open also for customers that want contact free purchases. 

OPEN ON SATURDAYS. We will also be re-opening on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. 

International Retrictions. Due to the amount of cancelled flights around the world Australia Post have shut down outgoing EMS parcels to most countries. For this reason we have now limited international shipments to the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and the UK. We are seeing shipping delays of 4-6 weeks on international shipments so be prepared to wait for your order. If your country is not listed then unfortnately we are unable to ship to your country at this time. Please continue to check back for updates. 

Domestic: Shipping within Australia is now seeing long delays on some parcels due to Australia post being swamped with the large increase of shipments during this period. 

Click and Collect is still available at the checkout, you will still need to enter all your details including address etc, then when choosing your shipping option select "Click & Collect"

We are now offering click and collect via the website for our local customers who wish to pick up in store. Once your order is placed you can collect at a time that suits you between 7.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri. During this time the office will remain closed, please see one of the staff members at the roller door to collect your order. 

Until further notice we will now be closed on Saturdays, we apologise for the inconvenience.

As of 12pm QLD time today (24/03) we will be closing our doors to the public until further notice to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.

All website and ebay orders will be shipping out as normal.

Local pick up will be removed from the shipping options on the website.

"A message from EFI Solutions"
During this period of uncertainty, we wanted to let you know that we are continuing to operate as normal, albeit with a couple of minor adjustments.

The changes we have put in place follow government recommendations to help achieve social distancing.

EFI Solutions wishes to reassure you that everyone’s health & safety is our top priority. So please don’t be offended if you see our staff maintaining distance as this behaviour is for the health & safety of all.

Deliveries will continue to operate as per normal, however postal services may be slowed. This means that delivery times may increase.

Our largest carrier Australia Post has advised us of some precautions they are putting in place to help protect their staff and customers. See below for more info.

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, a staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

International shipments

To date we have received no information from Australia post that international shipments will be affected, however with international travel being limited this may slow down the delivery process.

We will endeavour to keep all our customers updated with any new information as it comes to hand.
